This has been a true blessing I have seen amazing results with this. I wake up better and have more energy throughout the day and have been getting better fat loss with my workout. I’m in my second week of taking Shilixir, and boy let me tell you, this stuff lifts my brain fog and I feel so much more myself. As stated on the bottle, I took one a day for two weeks. I take it as soon as I wake up. After the two weeks, I noticed it wearing off so I now take one in the morning and one at about 2 PM. So far one month of taking the pills it has really helped me not to eat. I have lost about 15 pounds. I really like these and plan to purchase more as I continue to lose weight.
