I purchased the multivitamins and loved it so much that I had to buy the bundle. This gives more than i thought. within 2 weeks of taking 2 a day. i feel clear minded. more energy. And my hair seems to be fuller and less falling out. I’m in my second week of taking Shilixir, and boy let me tell you, this stuff lifts my brain fog and I feel so much more myself. I used to drink energy drinks daily and hated the jitters but now after trying this product I haven’t went back to energy drinks and don’t plan to. This product is definitely doing something.
As stated on the bottle, I took one a day for two weeks. I take it as soon as I wake up. After the two weeks, I noticed it wearing off so I now take one in the morning and one at about 2 PM. So far one month of taking the pills it has really helped me not to eat. I have lost about 15 pounds. I really like these and plan to purchase more as I continue to lose weight. I have a slight boost of energy without really noticing. Like I have the want to do more things. I seem to focus more. I have never felt the racing heartbeat or anything before.
